The fundamental direction of our services is based on the analysis of our client’s procedures, both in service and fabrication, focusing on the individual so as to develop executable, sustainable strategies and their practical application.

Our methodology consists of the following stages:

Diagnosis:

Analysis and determination of existing state of the organization in terms of the model or scheme to be apply. A complete needs-analysis is performed. This activity implies the analysis of the organization’s processes, the requirements that must fulfill and the resources to be allotted, paying special attention to the existing plans and commitments, both short and long term.

Planning and design of the service:

In this stage, the activities to be implemented and the people responsible for the success are defined. As such, action-items are planned so as to be carried out in cooperation with the organization.

Activities to be performed are detailed.
The owners of individual activities are established.
Organizational members to support the realization of activities are established.
Deadlines are established.
Advisor’s time to be dedicated to specific stages of the initiative is outlined.

This plan with its respective adjustments must be approved by the highest level of authority of the organization, who will distribute it with the instructions for its execution.

Technical attendance in the design and implementation

From the previously elaborated plan, the services are programmed in order to detail the way in which the planned activities are to be implemented; and, to be able to give appropriate follow-up and progress reports. Such mechanics allow us, on one hand, to maintain the client appropriately informed through periodic reports of project advances, to evaluate the results of the implemented actions while simultaneously continuing to develop new or remedial actions.

Final evaluation of the system

In order to guarantee absolute fulfillment of the service, a final revision of the solution will be made upon implementation to identify the fulfillment of the original objective, as well as the state of implementation, earnings effectiveness.
